All presenters are required to complete the following items by December 16, 2025.

• Update Profile Display Name Field
  • Click “Edit Profile” and complete all required fields including updating the Display Name field as you would like your name to appear in the program.
• Complete Agreement form for Presenters
  • Click Submissions in the left side menu to access and complete the 2026 AAPOS Presenter Agreement Form
• Complete Meeting Registration
  • Click “2026 Annual Conference Registration” in the left side menu
• Review Abstract (presenting authors of papers and posters and organizers of workshops)
  • Click “Reviews” in the left side menu and select your abstract.  
  • View your abstract on the left and answer the questions on the right side of the page.
  • For author and typographical errors only.  No updates allowed after December 16.
