AAPOS has secured a dedicated room block onsite at The Westin Seaport District. The hotel reservation deadline is February 24, 2026 or until rooms sell out. Please be sure to make your reservations as soon as possible as our room blocks are limited and have sold out in the past.
 

  • After registering for the meeting, you will receive an e-mail confirmation that includes a link to online hotel reservations for the AAPOS block.
  • The AAPOS rate of $319/night is honored so long as rooms in the block are available. Rates quoted are per room, per night based on Single or Double occupancy, and are not inclusive of applicable taxes.
