Refunds

Refunds are made upon written request and by approval of the Executive Vice President only and must be received by February 18, 2026 and a $100 handling fee will apply against the refund. No refunds will be given after February 18, 2026 (NO EXCEPTIONS).

Photography Consent

Participation in this meeting constitutes consent to AAPOS to use the attendee's image for informational, promotional, and/or reporting purposes in print or electronic communications media. 

Event Modification or Cancellation

AAPOS reserves the right to modify the event schedule or program as necessary. AAPOS also reserves the right to cancel this event.
