**Administrator registration grants access to the Administrator's Program which is separate from the scientific meeting.  The Administrator's Program is all day Wednesday, March 5th through Saturday, Mar 8th at noon.  Administrator registration includes participation in the Socioeconomic Pre-Day course and the Documentation & Coding Workshop, so Administrators do not need to purchase these events separately.

Refunds

Refunds are made upon written request and by approval of the Executive Vice President only and must be received by February 3, 2025 and a $100 handling fee will apply against the refund. No refunds will be given after February 3, 2025 (NO EXCEPTIONS).

Photography Consent

Participation in this meeting constitutes consent to AAPOS to use the attendee's image for informational, promotional, and/or reporting purposes in print or electronic communications media. 

Event Modification or Cancellation

AAPOS reserves the right to modify the event schedule or program as necessary. AAPOS also reserves the right to cancel this event.
